The purpose of this study is to evaluate the prevalence of anxiety, depression, and psychosocial distress determined in our 250-patient cohort using existing quality of life questionnaires.

Criteria:

To Be Eligible: Must Have Cancer Squamous Cell Carcinoma Of The Nasopharynx, Sinonasal, Oropharynx, Hypopharynx, Larynx Or Oral Cavity, Must Be Able To Fill Out Forms In English, Patient Is Within The Time Frame Of Post-Diagnosis To First 6-Months Post-Tr
