The Cincinnati Street Medicine Program provides outreach-based addiction and medical care for people who are unsheltered. Our team brings acute and chronic medical care, wound care, harm-reduction supplies, naloxone and substance use treatment options directly to unhoused people, then helps connect them to ongoing primary and preventive care.
