Support and information are important aspects of successfully managing the diabetes. West Chester Hospital offers a free support group to help you connect with others who live with diabetes to provide a forum for learning, support, and discussion. Parking is free. All support groups are held in the UC Health Women’s Center community room, located on the fourth floor of the UC Physician’s Office South Building, on the UC Health West Chester Campus, 7675 Wellness Way, West Chester, OH 45069.
