The human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted infection (STI). Nearly everyone will get HPV at some point during their lives.

While many HPV strains are harmless and self-limited (they resolve on their own), other low-risk strains can cause genital warts and even more concerning are high-risk strains that can cause pre-cancer and cancer.

Please join Caroline Billingsley, MD, gynecologic oncologist at UC Health’s West Chester Hospital and associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology for the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, who will be discussing the HPV virus, including prevention, treatment, and the HPV vaccine for appropriately aged boys and girls.

  • Once registered, you will receive a web link via email with instructions prior to the event.
  • Time will be allocated for participants to ask questions.
  • Educational materials will be available to all attendees after the presentation.
