Our online payment portal provides convenient online access 24 hours a day – seven days a week. If you have a question about your bill, please contact our customer service department by calling (513) 585-6200 or (800) 277-0781 between the hours of 8 am – 6 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8 am – 4:30 pm on Friday.
