How much does a payment plan cost?
Patients pay exactly what they owe in affordable payments over time. Payment plans have 0% interest and $0 fees. There are no late payment, modification, or over payment fees.
Who is eligible?
Patients with combined balances between $250 – $15,000.
Will this impact my credit score?
No, there is no hard credit inquiry and no impact to your credit.
How long are payment plans, and how much do I pay monthly?
During the enrollment process, you’ll select the best terms that work for you. You can choose from multiple payment plan offers that may range from 3 months to 60 months. The monthly payment will depend on the total bill amount and the term (number of months) you choose.
Can I make changes to my payment plans?
Yes! If you would like to change your payment plan, simply contact PayZen’s support team to modify your plan.
What are my payment method options?
You can make payments via checking account, debit card, or your HSA/FSA card. You also have the option to change payment methods in your PayZen Account.
