Our Back on Track program is a 4 week class designed for post-surgical patients who are looking to get “back on track” with their weight loss. It’s specifically created for patients who completed their surgery one year or more prior to starting class.

Classes are led by our team of healthcare professionals with areas of expertise in nutrition, exercise and behavior for a multi-disciplinary approach. Each class is 1 hour and includes a weigh in, mini lecture, group discussions, Q&A session and more. Here’s what you can expect to learn week by week:

We offer this program two times throughout each year.
