Support Group Options

We offer regular support group meetings for all surgery patients regardless of where they are in their weight loss journey. Each session is led by one of our weight loss professionals and focuses on a specific topic. Patients have the opportunity to discuss challenges, share successes and form bonds with those going through the same experience, all in a warm and supportive environment. These sessions help to motivate and keep you on track for achieving and maintaining your weight loss goals.

Throughout the course of the year, we offer a special series exclusively to our post-surgical bariatric patients. This 4-week series gets back to the basics offerings tips for diet, exercise, food journaling, and follow-up care. This series is aimed at patients who may have gained weight, hit a plateau or need a boost and extra accountability following weight loss surgery.
