If your previous mammograms were performed outside of the UC Health system (including Barrett Center), please complete the following “Request for Comparison Images Form” in advance of your appointment to give permission for your films to be released to UC Health. This will expedite the release of your results as we will already have your previous films in advance. You may also request your own previous images and bring the CD with you to your appointment.
