Caring for an aging parent, family member or a loved one requires patience, care and planning. Join us at West Chester Hospital for a free seminar focused on the aging process of a loved one, how to provide helpful support to them, and build a framework for their well-being and long-term care.

The following questions will be addressed during the seminar:

  • What are the early warning signs that my loved one’s health is beginning to decline?
  • Why are my loved one’s attitudes, behaviors and personality traits seem to be changing?
  • How do you recognize symptoms of memory disorders, i.e. dementia, Alzheimer’s disease?
  • When is it time to talk with your loved one’s primary care physician?
  • What is the most-effective way to approach the role and responsibilities as caregiver for my loved one?
  • How do you know when it is time to consider moving my loved one to a safer, long-term care environment?
