Yashu Dhamija, MD

Yashu Dhamija, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in allergy, asthma and immunology. Dr. Dhamija is an expert in asthma, seasonal allergies, hives, food allergies and immune deficiency, and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati Allergy, Asthma and Immunology program.

Dr. Dhamija’s primary focuses is on drug allergy and has started an initiative to address penicillin allergies for patients in the Greater Cincinnati are.

Regarding patient care, Dr. Dhamija believes in taking an approach centered around listening to his patients, allowing them the space and comfort to say anything they need to say, where he then takes that information and tries to find the medical explanation for it.

Outside of the health system Dr. Dhamija enjoys traveling to architectural wonders, reading fiction books (especially Stephen King), hiking and learning new skills, especially new languages.
