Collaborative Care for Smooth Transition to Adult Epilepsy Services

Our clinic works closely with pediatric neurology providers and community partners like the Epilepsy Alliance of Ohio. We focus on managing epilepsy alongside conditions such as depression and anxiety to support young adults. Our goal is to reduce gaps in care, missed medications and seizures through education, coordination and ongoing support.
